Sandra L. Mester, 54, of Belmont, died on Tuesday, Dec. 4, 2012 at her home, of an apparent heart attack, while sleeping.  She was born on February 1, 1958 in Darlington, the daughter of Lawrence “Larry” and Marjorie (Baxter) Doyle.  Funeral services were held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 8, 2012 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Truman. Rev. Monte Robinson officiated.  Burial was in the church cemetery. Friends called from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. Friday, Dec. 7, 2012 in Platteville, where there was a parish scripture wake service at 3:45 p.m. Friends also called from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service at the church on Saturday.  Full obituary in the December 13, 2012 issue of the Republican Journal.
