Sarah “Helen” Bloom, 94, Platteville, died on Sunday, Oct. 16 at Epione Pavilion in Cuba City.

Funeral services were at 11 a.m. on Friday, Oct. 21 at First English Lutheran Church in Platteville. Rev. Mike Short officiated. Burial was at Hillside Cemetery in Platteville. Visitation was from 9 a.m. until the time of service on Friday at the church. The Melby Funeral Home and Crematory in Platteville, is serving the family.
