Sheryl “Sheri” Chellevold, 75, of Madison, passed away on Monday, July 1 at St. Mary’s Care Center.

A memorial service was held at Evangelical Lutheran Church, 315 E. Main St., Mount Horeb, at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, July 9. Rev. John Twiton presided. Burial took place at Union Cemetery in Mount Horeb.
