Steven Alan Wanek Bartlett, of rural Richland Center, died April 14, 2020 of Covid 19 and pneumonia. He was the son of Jon Claude and Jean Wanek Bartlett. Steven was born on November 19, 1973 in Eau Claire, Wisconsin to birth parents Bonnie Shaw and Terry Ziesemer. At the age of 2 he came to join the Bartlett family and several years later was adopted. The judge asked if he had anything to say. Steven replied, “Is this People’s Court”?
A memorial service will be at Blue River United Methodist Church at a later date. Private burial will be in the Coumbe Cemetery, Richwood Township.
