Thomas B. Joyce passed away on Wednesday, Nov. 2, 2011, at the Schmitt Woodland Hills. A Mass of Christian Burial was held on Tuesday, Nov. 8, at 11 a.m. at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Richland Center. A full obituary appears in the Nov. 10, 2011, edition of The Richland Observer.
