Travis J. Salmon, age 45, of Soldiers Grove, formerly of Wauzeka, passed away Wednesday, July 17, 2024, at his home surrounded by his immediate family after defying the odds of a reoccurring illness.  uneral Services were held Tuesday, July 23, 2024, at 11 a.m. at Century Hall, with Rev. Chinnappan Pelavendran officiating with burial in Wauzeka Cemetery, both in Wauzeka. 

Friends called at Century Hall on Monday, July 22, 2024, from 4-8 p.m. and at the hall on Tuesday from 10 a.m. until the time of the service. 

Family, friends, and community members are welcome to honor his life at a luncheon after the burial at Century Hall in Wauzeka. 

Travis’ family would like to thank St. Croix Hospice, Boscobel, and Richland Center pharmacies, and the doctors, nurses, and other healthcare providers at Gundersen Lutheran, Meriter, and UW Health for their devoted care. 

The Garrity Funeral Home of Prairie du Chien is assisting the family.
