LANCASTER—Wendell C. Case, age 80, of Lancaster, passed away Sunday, Aug. 26, 2012, surrounded by his family, after a brief battle with pancreatic cancer at the Good Samaritan Health Center in Fennimore. 

In keeping with Wendell’s wishes, there will be no visitation and private family services will be held at a later date. Burial will be in Boice Prairie Cemetery, rural Lancaster. Schwartz Funeral Home in Lancaster is serving the family. In lieu of plants and flowers, a Wendell C. Case memorial fund has been established.
