William Arnold ‘Bill’ Schroeder, 65, of Richland Center, formerly of Madison, passed away peacefully at home on Monday, June 18, 2018, following a short journey with cancer. 

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 30, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church in Richland Center, with Monsignor Roger Scheckel officiating. A private family burial will be held at St. Joseph’s Catholic Cemetery in East Bristol at a later date. A visitation will be held on Friday, June 29, at Pratt Memorial Chapel, 120 North Park Street, Richland Center, from 4:00-7:00 p.m., with a Knights of Columbus Rosary to be prayed at 3:45 p.m. A visitation will also be held on Saturday, June 30, at St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the mass at 11:00 a.m. A Celebration of Bill’s Life will be held at a later date in Madison. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Greater Richland Area Cancer Elimination (GRACE), P.O.
