William R. “Billy” Rosas, 19, of the greater Waterville/Janesville area, Minn., died on Saturday, June 23, 2012 in Waseca, Minn. A memorial service was held on Wednesday, June 27 at 11 a.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church in Janesville, Minn., with Rev. Dr. Larry Griffin and Rev. Russell Grabau officiating. The McRaith Funeral Home assisted the family.
