WIOTA – Monroe scored six runs in the fourth inning to break open a tight game and the host Brewers rolled on to a 12-2 victory over Wiota in a Home Talent Night League game on Thursday, June 7.
    The Brewers added a pair of insurance runs in the fifth frame, then plated four more runs in the sixth to put away the Indians (0-2 in NL, 3-3 overall).
    Jayson Haldiman ripped a RBI-double and came around to score on an error in the sixth inning to account for Wiota’s two runs.
    The Indians hosts Evansville in a Night League game at Wiota Park on Thursday, June 14, starting at 7:30 p.m. Wiota has a special Sunday League game scheduled for Blanchardville on Saturday, June 16, beginning at 5 p.m., and another SL game at Ridgeway on Sunday, June 17, starting at 1 p.m.
