Richard G. May and Rosalie R. Armstrong were married at Holey Rosary Church, Darlington, on June 27, 1964. They were blessed with three children: Kevin (Kris) May, Katrina (Dan) Goninen, and Kerry May (deceased). They have three grandchildren: Chelsea, Jordan and Haley May; three step-grandchildren: Jay (Jenny) Goninen, Justin (Catie) Goninen, and Lyndsey (Greg) Brecka; and five step-great grandchildren: Beau, Hudson, Iyla Jean Goninen, and Grady and Parker Brecka.
