Tessa Czajkowski-Higgins, Jr., MF, Prairie du Chien/River Ridge/Seneca girls soccer
Czajkowski-Higgins led the Prairie du Chien/River Ridge/Seneca girls soccer team to an undefeated week, scoring 9 goals on 20 shots along with two assists in three matches against Platteville/Lancaster, Wisconsin Heights, and MFL Mar-Mac.  

Czajkowski-Higgins helped the Blackhakws score a 2–1 Southwest Wisconsin Conference win at Platteville/Lancaster last Tuesday night. It was the Blackhawks' first win in program history over the Hillmen after going 0–36 against Platteville/Lancaster entering last week's match.

The defensive midfielder then scored three goals and had an assist in last Thursday's 8–1 victory over Wisconsin Heights. She then ended the week with a career-high six goal outburst, along with an assist, in Friday's 8–0 win over MFL Mar-Mac. Czajkowski-Higgins has scored a team high 12 goals on 35 shots and has 3 assists in six matches so far this season. The Blackhawks are off to their best start in program history at 4–1–1. 

HONORABLE MENTION (in alphabetical order)
Carter Copsey, Jr., P, River Ridge baseball
Copsey went a perfect 4-for-4 with a RBI double, a triple and drew an intentional walk in River Ridge's 8–7 Six Rivers victory over Shullsburg/Benton Monday afternoon. He also struck out eight and earned the win on the mound allowing seven runs, one earned, on seven hits in five innings. Copsey homered in a 8–3 Game 2 loss at Pecatonica last Friday. He also went 3-for-3 in last Tuesday's 3–2 loss at Highland.

Logan Kagel, Sr., P, Riverdale baseball
Kagel scattered five hits and struck out 10 batters without a walk to lead Riverdale to a dominating 13–0 SWAL victory at defending co-conference champion Fennimore last Friday afternoon. Kagel also went 3-for-4 and drove in a pair of runs to aid his own cause.

Aleya Kliesner, Sr., Boscobel girls basketball
Kliesner placed second in the girls' 1,600 (5:28.40), 3,200 (11:59.43) and the 4x800 relay with Noa Jillson, Aubrey Seep and Hannah Dilley (10:25.01) to help the Lady Bulldogs finish sixth at last Thursday's 14-team Lancaster Invitational

Addison Meckley, Fr., OF, Fennimore softball
Meckley went 2-for-4 with three RBI and a pair of runs scored in Fennimore's 7–5 SWAL win over Iowa–Grant last Friday. Meckley had an RBI single in the first inning to drive in the game's first run, then added a two-run single in the bottom of the sixth to make it 6–0.

Tyler Miller, So., OF/P, Boscobel baseball
Miller went 2-for-2 with two walks and two runs scored, including the game-winner in Boscobel's 3–2 win over defending SWAL co-champion Cuba City last Friday. Miller then went 4–4 with four runs, and earned the win on the mound, striking out five in 2 1/3 innings of relief in the Bulldogs' 8–6 win over La Farge Saturday afternoon.
