Kevin and Amber (Austin) Podstawa, Hazel Green, announce the birth of their daughter, Aria Jade Podstawa, at 4:24 a.m. on Jan. 4 at Mercy Medical Center in Dubuque.
Aria weighed 6 pounds, 1 ounce and was 20 inches long.
Grandparents are Don and  Kathy Austin, Platteville, and Patrick and Pam Podstawa, Edwardsville, Ill.
Great-grandparents are Bob and Barb Rufi, Monroe, Loretta Austin-Muir and Hugh (Scotty) Muir, Montfort, and Dorothy Johnson, Lake Villa, Ill.
Aria’s father is a civil engineer at WHKS & Co. in East Dubuque. Her mother is co-owner and stylist at Cuttin’ Up in Platteville.
