Michael Prohaska and Alyssa Smith, Dubuque, announce the birth of their daughter, Chelsea Ann Prohaska, at 12:57 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 3 at Finley Hospital in Dubuque.
Chelsea weighed 6 pounds, 15 ounces and was 20 inches long. She joins a sister, Addison Smith, 2.
Grandparents are John and Gale Smith, Hazelton, Iowa, and Rick and Barb Prohaska, Muscoda.
Great-grandparents are Sandy and Jim Seedorf, Oelwein, Iowa, and Marcella Stanek, Highland.
