Wednesday, March 4—John and Bridget Spraggon of Fennimore, a son, Emmett Clement Spraggon, 8 pounds 8 ounces, 21 inches long, born at 11:45 p.m. at Grant Regional Health Center. He joins siblings, Josephine and Lillian. Grandparents are Clem and Kathy Spraggon and Paul and Geralyn Klinkner.
