Christopher and Kelly Frayer announce the birth of their daughter, Evalyn Claire Frayer, on Saturday, Feb. 18 at 2:36 a.m. at Southwest Health Center.
Evalyn weighed seven pounds, 15 ounces and was 20 inches long.
Grandparents are Thyra Foster of East Lansing, Mich., and Bob and Christine Frayer of Chelsea, Mich.
Great-grandparents are Ethel Denny of Fla., Lois Knegendorf of Monroe, Mich., and Virginia Picklesimer of Fla.
Evalyn’s father is a professor at UW-Platteville and her mother is an assistant teacher at Grandview Child Development Center.
