Matt and Nicole Miller announce the birth of their son, Justin Jasper Miller, at 5:38 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 9 at Southwest Health Center.
Justin weighed 9 pounds, 4 ounces and was 21.5 inches long. He joins a brother, Jake, 18 months, and two sisters, Lily, 4, and April, 3.
Grandparents are Leonard and Janice Link of Dickeyville, and Tim and Deb Miller of Richland Center.
