Melissa and Joe Pickett of South Wayne are the parents of a daughter, Kathryn Jo Pickett, born Nov. 9, 2013 at the Memorial Hospital of Lafayette County in Darlington. Kathryn weighed 8 pounds and was 21 inches long. She joins one older sibling, Charles, 3.
    Grandparents are Terry and Mary Lou Pickett of South Wayne and Charles and Sue Wiegel of Argyle. Great-grandparents are Homer and Carol Pickett of South Wayne, Paul and Dolores McCauley of Gratiot and Kathryn Geissbuhler of Darlington. Great-great-grandparent is Inga Hanson of Argyle.
