A son, Owen David Welsh, was born 9:34 p.m. on April 20, 2016 at the Richland Hospital to Kevin and Megan Welsh of Richland Center. He weighed 8 lbs. 6 oz. and was 21 inches long.  He joins a brother, Peyton Welsh, 10. Grandparents are David and Diane Brinkley, and Dennis and Karen Welsh, all of Richland Center. Great-grandparents are Eldon and Norma Gard of Madison and Amelda Lockner of Lodi.
