Jared and Hilary Baker, Platteville, announce the birth of their daughter, Penelope Carol Baker, at 8:37 a.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 20 at Southwest Health in Platteville.
Penelope weighed 6 pounds, 9 ounces and was 20 inches long. She joins a brother, Desmond, 2-1/2.
Grandparents are Kevin and Sonja Williams, Cassville, and Al and Jeannie Baker, Muscoda.
Great-grandparents are Carl and Carol Bender, Lancaster, Ken and Delores Williams, Cassville, and Louise Moser, Mackinaw, Ill.
Penelope’s father is a inside sales rep with the Shopping News. Her mother is a senior sales support specialist with TDS Telecom.
