Wednesday, April 25—Ben and Jessie Clifton of Lancaster, a daughter, Sylvia Kathleen Clifton, 7 pounds 1 ounce, 20.5 inches long, born at 1:48 a.m. at Grant Regional Health Center. She joins siblings, Heidi Reed, Caleb Clifton and Arlie Clifton. Grandparents are Bill and Kathy Breuer and Beth and Darwin Clifton.
