Park Place Senior Living in Platteville hosted a Winter Soup Cooking Class in late February taught by Driftless Market’s Cena Thorsen (second from left), Robin Timm (second from right) and Bev Johanson (right). The women provided helpful tips and shared “souper” recipies. Park Place residents and tenants enjoyed Potato Leek and Chicken Minestrone for supper that evening.
