CRAWFORD COUNTY - The date of the election for the position of County Board Supervisor is April 7, 2020.  The deadlines below provide you with information of what documents must be filed in theCrawford County Clerk’s office in order to have a candidate’s name placed on the ballot.  Packets will be available at the Crawford County Clerk's office.

Nomination papers must be filed no later than 5 p.m. on Tuesday, January 7, 2020. The number of signatures required for a County Board Supervisor are no less than 20 and no more than 100. Nomination papers may not be circulated before December 1, 2019.

Campaign Registration Statement: New candidates should file a statement as soon as the intent to seek office is known and before funds are collected or spent. Continuing candidates should file an amended Campaign Registration Statement with the new election dates. All candidates should file a campaign registration statement or an amended statement before circulating nomination papers.  This form must be filed with the County Clerk's office no later than January 7, 2020, or the candidate's name will not be placed on the ballot.

Declaration of Candidacy: This form must be filed by January 7, 2020 or the candidate's name will not be placed on the ballot.
