A 23-year-old Platteville man was arrested for drunk driving April 20.

Jesus Simon Ramirez Lopez was stopped on West Furnace Street around 2:40 a.m. for having expired registration, according to Platteville police.

Ramirez Lopez was also charged with operating without a valid driver’s license and failure to stop at a stop sign.

•    Shane M. Whildin, 32, Madison, was ticketed for drunk driving April 2 after a report that a man was urinating near a dumpster at McDonald’s, 250 W. Business 151, around 5:15 p.m.
