The major road in Platteville heading north to Lancaster is closed with a tractor-trailer rollover.

Lancaster Street in Platteville is blocked due to tractor trailer rollover the crash took place at approximately 11 :15 am, where a semi attempted to turn from Lancaster to Adams streets.

Local traffic is being rerouted to Dewey Street, north of the scene. Motorists are advised to find an alternate route, which may include Ridge Avenue and Elm Street.

The JAWS unit was called in, but the driver was able to extricate himself.
