The City of Hillsboro will be holding a public open house meeting at 6 p.m Nov. 19 at City Hall, 123 Mechanic St., to provide feedback about Hillsboro’s Downtown Revitalization Plan.

The City has been working with Vierbicher Associates after receiving a $25,000 grant in August to complete a downtown revitalization plan. A major part of this process is public input about the local economy and community.

Topics included in the open house discussion will be: Current market analysis; identifying retail and service preferences for the downtown; housing; economic development opportunities; and streetscape design.

The City encourages any interested individuals to attend the open house to learn and provide input about the community.

Questions may be directed to City Hall at (608)489-2521 or admin@hillsborowi.com.
