City of Boscobel
Keith Dilley

At the request of the Boscobel Police Department, the city removed 11 downtown parking spaces on Wisconsin Avenue Tuesday in order to improve visibility. Thirty-year street department employee Keith Dilley is seen grinding the paint off one of two spaces removed in front of the Boscobel Dial, along with three-month employee Luke Brown. Other affected locations included the Unique Cafe, Hildebrand Memorial Library, Boscobel Pharmacy, Classic Reruns, Genesis Salon and the Vale Inn.
