Three hurt in crash; one cited for fifth OMVI

TOWN OF DARLINGTON — Three people were injured in a crash on Wisconsin 81 near Darlington Friday evening.

According to the Lafayette County Sheriff’s Office, a car driven by Tianna R. Kelly, 19, Shullsburg, was stopped in the westbound lane of 81 trying to turn into a house driveway around 6:40 p.m. when her car was rear-ended by a car driven by Timothy C. Long, 34, Platteville.

Long, Kelly and Kelly’s passenger, Eric C. Skattum, 20, Shullsburg, were all taken to Memorial Hospital of Lafayette County for non-life-threatening injuries.

Long was cited for fifth-offense operating while intoxicated and inattentive driving.
