Barry Dean Belstra, 65, of Fennimore, Wisconsin, passed away on Wednesday morning, Oct. 6, 2021, at MercyOne Medical Center in Dubuque, Iowa, surrounded by his family.

The funeral service was held at 4 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 10, 2021, at the Larson Family Funeral Home in Fennimore with burial in the Prairie Cemetery in Fennimore. Visitation was held from 1 p.m. until the time of service at the funeral home on Sunday. In lieu of plants and flowers, a memorial fund is being established in loving memory of Barry Belstra.
