Blondel J. Adkins, 78, Black Earth, died on Tuesday, September 8, 2015 at Skaalen Nursing Home in Stoughton, surrounded by her family.

Funeral service were held on Friday, September 11, 2015 at New Heights Lutheran Church in Black Earth. Rev. Rob Nelson officiated.  Burial was at Oak Hill Cemetery in Black Earth.

The Ellestad Camacho Funeral Home, Black Earth, served the family.
