Carol B. Parkins, age 85, of Platteville, formerly of Glen Haven, passed away on Tuesday, June 4, 2024, at Park Place Memory Care in Platteville surrounded by her loving family.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, June 8, 2024, 11:30 a.m. at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Bloomington, with Father Sudhakar Devarapu officiating. Burial will be in the Dodge Cemetery, Beetown Township. Family and friends may call from 9:30 a.m. until the time of services at the church. In lieu of plants and flowers, a Carol B. Parkins memorial fund has been established. Martin Schwartz Funeral Home & Crematory in Bloomington is assisting the family.
