Terry L. Mindham, age 83 of Dodgeville, passed away on April 18, 2026, surrounded by his loving family, after a long battle with Lewy Body Dementia. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 9, 2026, at 1:00 pm at Back Roads Church Mt Zion, 21588 Mount Zion Rd, Boscobel, WI, 53805. Friends and family may gather beginning at 12:30 pm to find seating for the service. Committal will commence at Haney Ridge Cemetery, 23002 Haney Ridge Rd, Gays Mills, WI, 54631.
