Catherine A. Friar, age 94 of rural Woodman, passed away on Thursday, July 21, 2022, at Divine Rehabilitation and Nursing at Fennimore surrounded by her children.

A Mass of Christian Burial was held Tuesday, July 26, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Fennimore. Father Carlos Reinoso officiated. Private family burial at St. Lawrence O'Toole Catholic Cemetery, rural Mt. Hope. Visitation was held Monday, July 25, 2022, from 4:00-6:30 p.m. at the Kendall Funeral Home in Boscobel, with a Rosary Service at 3:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be given to the Woodman First Responders or the Boscobel Rescue Squad.
