Charlene “Char” Jebens, 72, Brooklyn Park, Minn., formerly of Platteville, passed away on April 5, 2014 after a long illness, surrounded by her children and their spouses. Through all her recent medical challenges she maintained her smile and a twinkle in her blue eyes.

A Celebration of Life for Charlene Jebens will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, July 20 at Edinburgh USA in Brooklyn Park, Minn.
