Charles Edwin “Charlie”  Morse, was born in Platteville, on Nov. 24, 1934. Charlie entered eternal rest on June 27 at the age of 82.

Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, July 6 at the First Presbyterian Church in Lampasas. Visitation was at 10 a.m. A graveside service with full military honors will be held on Friday, July 14 at 1 p.m. at the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery in Killeen, Texas. In lieu of flowers, donations in Charlie’s memory may be made to Lampasas Mission, 910 E. 4th St., P.O. Box 51, Lampasas, TX 76550.
