OAK CREEK—Charles F. Day of Oak Creek, was born in 1927 in Lancaster, and passed away peacefully on Tuesday, Nov. 1, 2016 at the age of 89 years.

Memorial Visitation was Saturday, Nov. 12 from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. at Forest Home Cemetery Landmark Chapel followed by a Celebration of Charles’s Life at 11:30 a.m.
