MADISON—On Wednesday, Dec. 2, 2015, Cheryl left pain and suffering behind and passed away peacefully at Agrace Center for Hospice and Palliative Care in Madison, where she was treated with kindness and the respect she so deserved. Family filled the room with love that will be with her forever.

A memorial service is scheduled sometime in February, 2016 in Elgin, Ill.
