Cheryl Mae Cushman, 71, Delavan, formerly of Belmont, died on Sunday, May 8, peacefully in her home surrounded by family.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, May 21 at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church, 416 W. Geneva Street, in Delavan. Visitation will be held from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the service at the church on Saturday. There will be a luncheon following the service at the Darien Legion Hall.
