Daniel J. Mootz, 68, Cuba City, died Wednesday, Jan. 16 at Southwest Health in Platteville.

Services were at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 19 at St. Rose of Lima Church in Cuba City. Rev. Bernard Rott officiated.  Burial was at the church cemetery. Visitation was from 3–8 p.m. Friday at Casey Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Cuba City. Visitation continued from 9–10:15 a.m. Saturday at the church before the service.
