Dennis D. Banfield, 77, of Platteville died on Sunday, Dec. 4, 2016 at Mercy Medical Center, Dubuque.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Friday, Dec. 9, at the Melby Funeral Home & Crematory, Platteville.  Burial will be at Greenwood Cemetery, Platteville.  Friends may call from 4 – 8 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 8, at the Melby Funeral Home & Crematory, Platteville, or from 10 a.m. until the time of the service Friday.  Memorials may be made to the Dennis D.
