Dianne G. (Zinkle) Bird, 80, Seneca, died Friday, October 3, 2014, at Bluffview Memory Care in Holmen.

She was born August 8, 1934, the daughter of Aloysius and Gertrude (Schmidt) Zinkle.  She married the love of her life, Ronnie Bird, on October 19, 1953, in Boscobel.  They farmed in the Seneca area since 1960. 

A Mass of Christian burial was held Wednesday, October 8, 2014, at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Seneca. Reverends Eugene Wolf and Zacharie Beya concelebrated.  Interment followed in the church cemetery.

The Garrity Funeral Home of Prairie du Chien assisted the family.
