Douglas C. Jenks, 82, Montfort, died peacefully on July 3, 2016 at Agrace Hospice in Fitchburg, from injuries received in an automobile accident in Knoxville, Tenn.

    The funeral service was held at 11 a.m. on Friday, July 8, 2016 at St. Thomas Catholic Church in Montfort with burial in the Calvary Cemetery in Cobb. Father Jim Murphy officiated. Visitation was held from 4 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, July 7, 2016 at the Soman-Larson Funeral Home in Montfort and from 10 to 10:30 a.m. on Friday morning at the funeral home.
