Earl Francis Bailey, 68, of Blue River and Excelsior, passed away peacefully on Monday, May 24, 2021, at home with his family at his side. 

A celebration of Earl’s life will be held at noon on Saturday, May 29, at Clary Memorial Funeral Home in Richland Center. Friends may call on Saturday, May 29, at Clary Memorial Funeral Home from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at noon. The local military honors guard will provide military rites, along with Pastor Craig Peach officiating.
