Geneva Rose Senior, age 97 of rural Gratiot, passed away peacefully at Waunakee Manor Health Care Center in Waunakee, on Thursday, April 17, 2014.  She was born on May 14, 1916 at the rural residence that has been her lifetime home.  She was the daughter of Valentine and Christine Budenz Gehrt-Gille. 

Mass of Christian Burial was at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 23, 2014 at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Gratiot with Fr. Joji Reddy Thirumalareddy officiating.  Burial followed at St. Joseph’s Catholic Cemetery.  Visitation was held from 10:00 a.m. until the time of Mass at the church on Wednesday, April 23, 2014.  The Steil Camacho Funeral Home, 206 E. Harriet Street, Darlington, WI, is serving the family.
