Grace E. Jacobson, 86, of Soldiers Grove, passed away on Friday, August 30, 2013 at Vernon Memorial Hospital surrounded by her family.

Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 4, 2013 at the Pratt Memorial Chapel in Richland Center. Visitation was held on Wednesday from 11 a.m. until the time of the service. Elder John Johnson officiated and burial was in the Pleasant Ridge Cemetery in Willow Township, Richland County.

The Pratt Funeral and Cremation Service assisted the Jacobson family.
