Hazel M. Grimm, 98, of Platteville, and formerly of Georgetown, died Monday, Nov. 30 at Park Place Memory Care in Platteville.

A Mass of Christian Burial was held at 11 a.m. on Monday, Dec. 7 at St. Rose of Lima Church in Cuba City. Rev. David Flanagan officiated. Services were live streamed through Facebook on the funeral home page. Burial was at the church cemetery. A visitation for friends was held from 9-10:45 a.m. on Monday at the church. The family requested that masks be utilized during the duration of the visit in the church and that social distancing be practiced.
