John E. Bremmer, 81, Mt. Hope, died Tuesday, April 8, 2014 at the Great River Care Center in McGregor, Ia., after a brief illness.

He was born December 21, 1932 in Richland Center, the son of Jerome and Alice (George) Bremmer.

According to John’s wishes there will be no formal funeral services.

A private family memorial service will take place at a later date.

In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred to the West Grant Rescue Squad.
