John “Jack” J. Mason, 69, of Glen Haven, passed away on Tuesday, April 20 at Grant Regional Health Center in Lancaster.

Funeral services were at 1 p.m. on Monday, April 26 at the Melby Funeral Home & Crematory in Platteville. Pastor Mary Ann Floerke officiated. Burial was at Blakes Prairie Cemetery, rural Bloomington. Visitation was from 11 a.m. until the time of the service on Monday at the funeral home.
