John ‘Richard’ Kelsey, 99, of Richland Center passed away peacefully on the evening of December 14, 2019, at Pine Valley Community Village in Richland Center.

Funeral services will be held at noon on Saturday, December 21, at the Clary Memorial Funeral Home in Richland Center. Rev. C.D. Fretz will officiate with burial in the Fancy Creek Cemetery. Friends may call on Saturday, December 21, at the Clary Memorial Funeral Home from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services at noon.
