Kathy Denise Smyth Foley, beloved wife and mother, passed away December 4 at home in Reedsburg after a courageous battle with cancer.

A service will not be held per Kathy’s wishes. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate acts of kindness in remembrance of Kathy.
